Abstract

Abstract This short essay is about the doctrinal differences between Martin Luther and Jean Calvin, the two most important leaders of the protestant Reform. We focused on a fragment from <<Epistle to the Romans>> written by Saint Paul, commented by the two protestant theologians. It is the chapter number five: <<The fruits of straightening from faith. Adam and Christ.>>. This is a very important fragment for Luther and Calvin, the <<Epistle to the Romans>> having a crucial role in justification their doctrines about sin and free will.
