Abstract

The computer allows an interpretation of grammar rules and points out their consistency as well as their inadequacies. This is why applying the computer to linguistics allows one to question and re-define such rules as have been looked upon as tenets. The computer also generates an efficient, non linguistic grammar of its own. The programme discussed in the following article is concerned with changing singulars into plurals. Working out the correlative algorithm will enhance the inherent logic progression and raise some fresh questions.
