Abstract

AbstractThe recurrent fevers of the child are of etiological diagnosis difficult because they concern metabolic or genetic abnormalities. They are associated with diseases whose pathophysiological mechanisms, and thus biological markers, are beginning to be elucidated. We report the case of a hyper IgD-syndrome, which unlike its name, is not always characterized by an elevation of IgD. The diagnostic procedure and the associated markers are described for an essential diagnosis for the implementation of a treatment.
