Abstract
This paper, consider the study of Stress-Strength reliability for a generalized class of distributions. Deviating from the conventional techniques of obtaining the uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimator (UMVUE) for P = Pr(Y > X) through using complete and sufficient statistics, we have obtained the uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimator for P = Pr(Y < X) by using the estimate of the reliability function.
