Abstract

This article discusses the issues on gender, body, sexuality and education in perspective post-structuralist queer. We aimed to reflect on the interrelationships of the issues on sexuality, gender and education. Therefore, qualitative literature search was performed, based on the post-critical nature of theoretical. Analyses were performed using the theoretical and analytical assumptions of Foucault, on the history of sexuality, in line with Deborah Britzman, Guacira Lopes Louro, Jeffrey Weeks, Judith Butler, among others, on issues relating to gender, body, sexuality and education. We conclude that the education system prevailing relations of power and knowledge which may or may not enter the themes of gender, body and sexuality at school. The post-critical studies have alerted us to this fact, trying to rethink the role of education in an attempt to (un) regulate the relations of gender, body and sexuality.
