Abstract

The aim of the present study is to demonstrate that the electronic game Chrono Trigger can be used with a means to bring representativeness to players, as well as to demonstrate its educational potential, in order to be a means for the preservation of the Dignity of the Human Person. For this, the concept of Dignity of the Human Person and personality rights were analyzed, interconnecting them with the history of the game, as well as characteristics of the characters. The method used to carry out the research was qualitative, since to carry out the study, sources were used as books, articles, laws and official websites. From that, it was concluded that Chrono Trigger brings psychosocial benefits to the player, not just passing of time.
