Abstract

The aim of this study is to further the studies of the literature by examining pay management practices in international education companies and contributing to the studies to be done in this field. In our age, a different perspective is to be brought to the definition of pay management in the field of human resources practice in international education companies. In the study, the importance of these training companies in the international economy was focused on by first defining pay management. The success of the human resources application areas contributes significantly to the performance values of such training companies.
