Ultrasound indicated cerclage in women with previous late preterm birth

Abstract

It is unclear whether women with a history of late preterm birth (34 to 36+6 weeks’ gestation) should undergo serial transvaginal cervical length screening. We sought to compare the rates of ultrasound indicated cerclage between women with a history of preterm birth prior to 34 weeks and those with previous late preterm birth.
