Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM) in the diagnosis of ocular contusion.Methods UBM results of 67 case(67 eyes) with ocular contusion were analyzed and summarized.Results UBM could show angle recession,cyclodialysis,iridodialysis,lens dislocation and shallow detachment of ciliary body and choroid which couldn' t be found by B scan.67 eyes with different levels of the anterior sgement injury,angle recession in 18 eyes,iris root dialysis in 15 eyes,ciliary body detachment in 14 eyes,ciliary body isolation in 8 eyes.lens dislocation in 12 eyes.Conclusion UBM can clearly show the iris,ciliary body,angle,lens injury form,location and scope without refractive influnce;can give the exact diagnosis and treatment guidance to injury of the anterior sgement of gyeball.
