Abstract

The second part of this series illustrates the ultrasonographic examination of abdominal lymph nodes (LNs), the pancreas and the common bile duct in cats and dogs. The normal anatomy is reviewed and the anatomical landmarks which help their identification are described. Normal ultrasonographic findings, including normal variations, are illustrated, indicating differences between the two species where appropriate. Examples of common pathological findings are provided. Please note: Wiley-Blackwell are not responsible for the content or functionality of any supporting information supplied by the authors.
