Abstract

In order to improve the accuracy of mechanical damage monitoring of steel bars, this paper proposes a method of mechanical damage monitoring of steel bars based on ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology. The influence of damage depth on ultrasonic was studied and analyzed, and the corresponding relationship between mechanical damage and ultrasonic characteristics was established. The test results show that the mechanical damage monitoring of steel bars based on ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology has higher accuracy and lower energy consumption and flexible installation.
