Abstract

The propagation is analyzed of a circularly polarized ultrashort videopulse of a transverse wave field in a spin system with an anisotropic spin-spin interaction. Several physical realizations of the given model are proposed. Soliton-like solutions are obtained without approximating the rotating wave and slowly varying envelopes. It is shown that the formation of a connected state of a two-component videopulse is possible for propagation velocities falling in a specific interval of values.
