Abstract

We propose an ultra-narrow band one-way optical transmission device based on metal-metal-metal (M-M-M) asymmetric grating structure. Numerical simulation results demonstrate that high-performance one-way optical transmission with high-quality factor (Q≈91), ultra-narrow bandwidth (6.7 nm) and high forward transmittance (0.72) is achieved.
