Abstract

Technology has come a long way from the analogue world to the digital age, where our communication in the virtual world leads us to the virtual life of future. Learning from everywhere can be taken as a pattern based on the use of the latest technology everywhere through the smart devices. Universal learning can also be explained by the fact that the learning environment is aided by embedded computers, wireless networks in our daily lives. The aim is to provide communication and content to readers anywhere, anytime and on any device. This technological change not only furthers the learning process but also completely changes the way learning and sharing information is done. Currently, there are other frameworks as well, but they focus on different paradigms (limited to mobile learning), and not the UL (Ubiquitous/Universal Learning) perspective, which is why it requires new innovations. Hence, the existing framework is focused on mobile learning environments and the study will raise the awareness of UL and will analyze the contribution of various factors that affect the level of UL acquisition. The outcome of this research project will lead to the development of a framework that, if applied to any learning setting, will lead to the successful delivery in the Universal Training and Development Environment.
