Abstract

The war in Ukraine is regarded as an extremely important event of geopolitical scale of modern times. The article focuses on the dramatic intersection of the war, COVID-19 pandemic, and decisive stage of a new technological revolution in the world at the turn of the 20th-21st centuries. It highlights the peculiarities and features of awareness of these changes, which are demonstrated by Ukrainian events. There is the feeling and some kind of premonition of existing revolutionary situation within P. McLarents’s theories of anti-pedagogy and revolutionary critical pedagogy. There is the theoretical analysis of the flaws of the mentioned theories against the background of the revolutionary practice of Ukrainian society.
