Abstract

The article presents the results of research devoted to the issues of Ukraine’s policy and strategy adopted by this country in connection with the aggression of the Russian Federation. The article discusses the most important processes concerning the premises of the Russian attack, as well as the failure of the assumptions of strategic goals and tactical actions. The article also presents selected factors affecting the key changes in geopolitical determinants and the international security system.
