Abstract
The most practical thing for the urban cybernaut is to access the transport service using the latest mobile devices. However, the a priori absence of a regulatory framework for buying and selling operations in cyberspace has generated complex scenarios between traditional service providers and new bidders. Above all, because the latter has received the approval of a good part of the virtual society. This paper reviews through the netnographic practice the experience of the service offered by the company Uber in the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara. The results suggest the appearance of new complexities in the socio-spatial interaction manifested in hybridizations with significant contribution of entropy to the city-system.
