Abstract

In a new development regarding a years‐long groundbreaking case, a three‐judge panel of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has reconsidered portions of earlier findings by a District Court in Wit v. United Behavioral Health (UBH). The new decision offers some hope that individuals who were represented in the case, and in need of mental health and addiction care, will get the help they need.
