Abstract
Abstract : The Appendix contains complete descriptions of most of the R and D tasks performed by LWL during its 12 years of existence. A listing of GNI tasks is included. A listing of all tasks, grouped by Branch is also included. The individual task sheets give the task number, title, level of funding, inclusive performance dates, major contractors (where such information was readily available), and a description and results of the work performed. These sheets are arranged in the same order as the preceding task listing, and the only tasks not included (identified by an asterisk on the listing) are those that were terminated for various reasons after they were funded but before any substantive results were achieved.
