Abstract
Elevated levels of autoantibodies against tyrosyl-tRNA synthease and its separated fragments enriched with proinflammatory and angiogenic properties in sera of patients with prostate cancer were shown. In serum samples of patients the highest levels of autoantibodies against C-terminal domain were observed. Minimal autoreactivity among persons with oncopathology was shown against N-terminal domain of tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase.

INVESTIGATION OF ERYTHROCYTE AGGREGATION IN PATIENTS WITH LARYNGEAL CANCER. It was compared evaluation of results of erythrocytes aggregation parameters in patients with laryngeal cancer compared to the healthy persons
It was found that in patients with laryngeal cancer II-d and III-d stage of the tumor process against the background of increasing the degree of aggregation and the time relative to the corresponding reference data, there is a simultaneous decrease in its speed of aggregation
The study has shown increase in average weight molecules and fibrinogen levels in the blood plasma of patients with laryngeal cancer, to a lesser extent – with the II-d stage of the disease, and their more significant violations were observed in the III-d stage of the cancer process
Summary
Проведено сравнение показателей агрегации эритроцитов у больных раком с такими в контрольной группе (условно здоровые лица). Установлено, что у больных раком гортани с II-й и III-й стадиями опухолевого процесса на фоне повышения степени и времени агрегации относительно соответствующих контрольных данных, происходит одновременное снижение ее скорости. Проведенное исследование показало повышение уровня молекул средней массы и фибриногена в плазме крови больных: более существенные их нарушения наблюдались при III-й стадии онкологического процесса чем при II-й. Наиболее значительные нарушения степени агрегации эритроцитов отмечается при II-й стадии онкологического процесса. Рост уровней молекул средней массы, фибриногена и сиаловых кислот в плазме крови больных раком гортани указывает на наличие у них метаболической интоксикации и острой фазы воспаления, степень выраженности которых в определенной степени зависит от стадии заболевания.
