Abstract
Radioactive tyramine was given orally to normal volunteers. Recovery of radioactivity from the urine was shown to be complete in 24 h with over 95 % in the first 9 h. A simple extraction procedure is described for the total recovery of all metabolites in a form suitable for chromatography.
