Abstract
Persistent embryologic fifth aortic arch (PFAA) is a rare congenital anomaly and several variations have been characterized. Herein, we describe a case with type III right-sided persistent fifth aortic arch in association with d-transposition of great arteries and pulmonary atresia, an unreported existence.
