Abstract

Type 1 diabetes mellitus and autoimmune polyglandular syndrome diseases are autoimmune diseases.There is a close correlation between them.The autoimmune pathogenesis is the genetic basis of susceptibility to environmental factor and other factors, resulting in immune imbalance between cellular and humoral immunity.There are inflammatory cells infiltration in affected organs and antibodies against target organs.Eventually, affected organs have dysfunction and show corresponding symptoms.
