Abstract

In Passive millimeter wave (PMMW) imaging, the low-pass effect of passive millimeter wave imaging system makes the space resolution very poor. In this paper, two-step projection iteration threshholding(twPIT) algorithm is proposed for the super-resolution process of passive millimeter wave imaging. This algorithm uses the sparse prior information and the non-negative finite value information of passive millimeter wave images, which can separate the noise from the signals in the iteration process. When the image noise is existed, our algorithm is also very effective and has good super-resolution performance.
