Abstract
Two-photon or biphoton interference has been studied extensively for CW and single pulse pumped spontaneous parametric downconversion (SPDC). In this paper we examine biphoton interference between amplitudes originating in different pump pulses. This novel effect arises from the coherence of the pump pulses. The interference has a natural interpretation in terms of indistinguishability of various Feynman alternatives.
