Abstract
A good dispatching system must contain fwu main components-reasonable dispatching algorithm and an effective real time dispatcher. u.yIC FABI has successfully implemented Q real time dispatching system consist of our MES (since 1998). We go lo a further step, in this paper, to develop a whole new dispatching algorithm to improve competitiveness. Afrer applying in FAB, we found thal it comes out a good result of on time delivery and global utilization improvement.
