Two-band model of a high-temperature superconductor and the dependence of the critical temperature of transition on the parameters of the model

Abstract

Within the limit of weak coupling with allowance for the level of hybridization and polarization of states, dependences of the critical temperature of the superconducting transition on the concentration of carriers and on the constant of interband interaction have been obtained in terms of the two-dimensional two-band model at a constant density of states and have been shown to be in a qualitative agreement with experiment.
