Abstract

A new analysis method of the liquid water state based on testing of saturated water vapor extracted from the surface of the liquid phase is proposed. The method uses transport properties of water vapor flow when water vapor passes through a vacuum valve. The method allows you to divide the states of liquid water samples into rest or restless ones. Restless water is obtained from rest water by mechanical influence on it, for example, vibration or mixing. The return time of restless water to a rest state was estimated based on experimental data.
