Abstract

A comparitive analysis of two stage operational transconductance amplifiers(OTA) in subthreshold region with 130nm technology has been presented. Linear Transconductor with Flipped Voltage Follower(LTFVF) and Linear Transconductor Flipped Voltage Follower with Pseudo-Resistive network(LTFVFPR) are designed for maximum linearity. The LTFVF and LTFVFPR are modelled in two stage for maximum gain and minimum power consumption. The OTAs are desgined using IBM BURLINGTON, SCN013 CMOS technology, BSIM3 level 49 model, and the stimulated results show the performance of open loop gain of 53dB, unity gain-bandwidth of 1KHZ and ≦400nW power dissipation with a 50pF load at 1.2V supply voltage in sub-threshold region of operation.
