Abstract

Two RC double tubed circuits, which, in their frequency response, have two peaks and a null in between, are presented here. The first network is fixed, while the second one offers the facility of adjusting the frequencies of separation of the peaks. Both are amenable to IC fabrication. It is also shown that a circuit of this kind can be easily adopted to simulate the performance of a coupled double tuned circuit, in which the null is replaced by a notch. Each circuit has been analyzed, and their magnitude as well as phase responses have been simulated.
