Abstract

AbstractSimulation cirucits for inductors and frequency dependent negative resistance (FDNR) based on switched capacitors (SCs) have been propsed. However, there has been no example reported in which a simple configuration of one voltage follower is used as an amplifier and a binary clock as the simplest control clock is used for operation. In the present research, it is pointed out that the conventional cirucit uses a delay circuit operated with a complicated clock. Such a configuration is simplified by using a fundamanetal delay circuit operated with a binary clock. It is shown that the simulation results obtained from the SC circuit analysis program SWITCAP agree with the theoretical results. Also shown are the experimental results with individual components and the effect of the parasitic capacitances.
