Abstract
In this study, two new heterometal-organic frameworks, {(H2NMe2)2[In2Na(TATAB)3(H2O)6]}n (1, H3TATAB = 4,4′,4′′-s-triazine-1,3,5-triyl-tri-p-aminobenzoic acid acid) and {(Me2NH2)2[In2(TTA)2(DFA)2](DMF)3}n (2, H3TTA = 4,4′,4″-{[(2,4,6-trimethylbenzene-1,3,5-triyl)tris- (methylene)]tris(oxy)}tribenzoic acid, HDFA = 2,3-difluorobenzoic acid), have been successfully prepared under solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray study. In addition, in vitro anticancer activity of compounds 1 and 2 on three human osteogenic sarcoma cells (Saos-2, MG63 and 143B) was further determined.
