Abstract

The FMR absorption linewidth has been measured at 9, 24, 39 and 73 GHz in Fe81B13.5Si3.5C2 and Fe80B13Si5C2 for the temperature range 20 to 350°C. The results can be interpreted as a consequence of the combined contributions from Landau-Lifshitz intrinsic damping, two-magnon scattering and thermally activated surface recrystallization.
