Abstract
Charlotte Sortedahl, DNP, MPH, MS, RN, CCM, is a Commissioner and former Chair of the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies more than 50,000 professional case managers and disability management specialists. Charlotte is also a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where she teaches in the undergraduate and graduate programs. She has a clinical background in case management, with expertise in evidence-based practice, case management, community health, and leadership.
