Abstract

Euphorbia caesia Kar. et Kir. and E. cyrtophylla (Prokh.) Prokh. are reported for the first time in China; E. caesia occurs in several localities in the northern Xinjiang and eastern Nei Mongol, and E. cyrtophylla in a single locality near Sailimu (Sayram) Lake (northern Xinjiang). A revised synonymy with typification, description and detailed distribution data are provided for each species.
