Abstract

Demyelination is a known neurological side effect of radiation therapy (RT). Moreover, radiation has been discussed as a potential causative factor for Multiple Sclerosis (MS). We report the case of a 38-year-old female radio-treated for right jugular foramen schwannoma, after which she developed two consecutive symptomatic brainstem demyelinating lesions.
