Abstract

If we can quickly recognize the distribution of dangerous gases, it will be useful in places such as disaster scene. Localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) gas sensor is known as a gas sensor with high response / recovery speed and high spatial resolution. However, the general LSPR gas sensor does not have a molecular selectivity and it is difficult to identify the gas species. We made gas selected pixelated LSPR substrate based on Au/Ag core-shell structure by photo-induced growth by exposure system using the photomask.
