Abstract
Abstract We report two cases of intranasal foreign body which treatment results were extremely different. Also, we suggest that the simple radiography can identify easily the property of the foreign body in cases of metallic foreign bodies. So, it is important to know about characteristic X-ray findings of metallic foreign bodies. Through this knowledge, a button battery and bilateral magnetic foreign bodies should be differentiated and removed as soon as possible.
