Abstract

Galli-Galli disease (GGD) is thought to be a rare acantholytic variant of the genodermatosis Dowling-Degos disease (DDD) with less than 30 cases reported in the literature. Here we present two cases with clinicopathologic features suggestive of Gali-Gali disease.
