Abstract
In a little over three years major new progress has been made in the study of gauge theories and gravity, using ideas inspired by twistor string theory. These have ranged from new, unexpected reformulations and reorganizations of these theories, to novel, highly efficient techniques for calculating physical scattering amplitudes in theories such as QCD. We review these developments here, and discuss the latest areas of research in the field.
