Abstract
Within the framework of dual topological unitarization we propose a simple model for mesons, baryons, and baryonium which allows us to calculate the effects of inserting nonplanar $B\overline{B}$ loops in all possible ways into meson and baryonium propagators. We study the renormalization of the leading nonzero-isospin trajectories and the mixing of $q\overline{q}$ and $\mathrm{qq}\overline{q}\overline{q}$ states.
