Abstract
This article describes the writer's encounter with bees that appeared not only in her yard but also in her dreams. In addition, these pesky creatures became the focus of a short story she was writing at the time. The article captures the synchronistic quality of these events and how they played themselves out in both her psyche and her external world. The author realized that an inner process was being articulated in these various mediums.
