Abstract

Turner syndrome (TS) often leads to premature ovarian failure and infertility. Although anonymous egg donation (AED) may enable TS patients to achieve pregnancy, some studies have demonstrated lower pregnancy rates. These patients are also at higher risk for cardiovascular complications in pregnancy, including death. The aim of this study was to assess pregnancy outcomes in patients with TS undergoing AED compared with non-TS patients undergoing AED.
