Abstract
We report on magnetic resonance (ESR) experiments on the group-I-acceptor Li in ZnO. As shown in previous investigations Li produces deep acceptor states whose properties are studied by temperature dependent ESR. A tunneling process between axial and non-axial centers is observed and analyzed in detail.
