TUNCELİ'DE AÇILAN HALKEVLERİ VE HALKODALARI(1937-1951)

Abstract

During the period from 1923 to 1950 CHP has an equivalent value to Government. In this period, CHP founded community Centers instead of Turkish Hearts. In 1932 Community centers were founded in 14 cities. Pertek Community Center became the first one founded in Tunceli in 1937. Community offices were started to be opened where there were no Community centers starting from 1939. The community offices founded in towns and district later were opened in even villages. 3 community centers and 55 community offices were opened in Tunceli from 1937 to 1951. Because of the fact that the community centers and offices that are in Tunceli can’t meet their own expenses and all the time survived with the money sent by CHP, prevented their further services. The headmaster and the managers of Community offices were made of the most respected and esteemed people. Therefore, public`s attention and interest increased. The services of community centers and offices founded in Tunceli, did not have a homogenous range. Whereas Pertek, Hozat, Pulumur community centers which have more opportunities, worked so actively, some of the community services founded in villages had no important performance.
