Abstract

FeCo films with in-plane uniaxial magnetic anisotropy were deposited by the improved electrochemical deposition process. An adjustable magnetic field was applied around the electrolytic cell during the deposition. As a consequence, the static magnetic properties and high-frequency permeability spectra show that the magnetic anisotropy field and resonance frequency of the films are regulated by the applied magnetic field. These results provide another way to tune the magnetic property of film, which is particularly important to improve the material properties for the potential applications.
