Abstract
In this paper; a second order tunable bi-quad filter realized using current conveyor based field programmable analog array (FPAA) is introduced. The bi-quad has a low-pass and bandpass response. The filter is realized using a newly proposed FPAA. The configurable analog blocks (CAB) of the FPAA are placed in a hexagonal lattice form. The CAB is realized using digitally controlled fully differential second generation current conveyor. The FPAA power consumption is 52.56mW at 1V supply. The circuit is realized using 90nm CMOS technology model from MOSIS under supply voltage ±0.5V. Simulation results are given using LTSPICE.
