Abstract
<h2>Summary</h2> This is a report of the surgical excision of a tumor of the organ of Zuckerkandl which had produced symptoms of abdominal pain simulating duodenal ulcer in association with hypertensive episodes. The tumor displaced the duodenum and was evident on x-ray examination of the upper gastrointestinal tract.
