Abstract
Purpose: Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) gene polymorphism has previously been reported to be associated with acute rejection in heart transplant recipients but not with coronary artery vasculopathy (CAV). We investigated the potential impact of TNF gene polymorphisms on CAV in heart transplant recipients.
