Abstract

Based on the research of data extraction and mining technology of tumor electronics, this paper designs a set of auxiliary diagnosis of test results based on test data mining combined with clinical treatment standards, to improve the diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic efficiency of the system. In this scheme, the reliability and validity of the system are verified by the data mining, model building and report interpretation of carcinoembryonic antigen by using the auxiliary diagnosis system of laboratory medicine and the data of tumor diseases. The system designed in this paper is based on the test results and diagnostic standards, with big data mining, the characteristics of humanization, intelligence and integration, to meet the actual needs of the actual work and achieve the expected design effect.
